How long will it take to get my gear?

*****COVID-19 is impacting my suppliers.  Current response times are 3-4 weeks******

Your order is printed and packaged just for you at one of our trusted printers.  This model allows us to customize products to your lake but does take a few days to process.  We have historically seen print/processing times of around 3-7 business days depending on demand.  From there, your gear is shipped at your choice of shipping options.

Why isn’t my lake listed?

We are entering new lake markets all the time.  Send us a request under the “Contact Us” page and let me know what lake you’re looking for.

Can I get more customized?

Having a lake reunion, wedding, bachelor party, or bachelorette party and want a specific design.  Contact us and we will see what we can do.  I’ll quote you a one-time design fee and upload the shirts for you to order from our site.

What if I have a problem with my order? 

Reach out to us on the “Contact Us” page.  Please provide us with the order number and what the issue is.  Our goal is to respond within 24 hours.

What if there is a problem with the print or quality?

If there is something wrong on our end, please “contact us” and we will assess the error and exchange the product.  We want your product to be right!

What if I want to return my product?

If you’ve had a change of heart, our return policy allows returns within 10 days from the day your gear was delivered.  The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.  Unfortunately, if you ordered your items using a discount code, we cannot offer returns – our margins are just too low in our quest to offer you the lowest prices.
